Frequently Asked Questions
The practical details that matter before a private Colorado mountain transfer: pricing, vehicle fit, airport pickup, delays, weather, and cancellations.
Is the published price per person or per vehicle?
Published SUV prices are flat one-way prices for the private vehicle, not per passenger. The route page shows the current published price before you enter your trip details.
What is the luggage capacity of your vehicles?
A private SUV can accommodate up to six passengers total, subject to luggage and ski-equipment fit. Share your passenger count, suitcases, ski bags, snowboards, and other large equipment so the right vehicle can be confirmed. Passenger vans are available for larger groups and loads when supported for the route and date.
Can we bring skis and snowboards?
Yes. Include the number of ski bags, snowboards, suitcases, and other oversized items when booking or requesting a quote. Equipment fit matters even when the passenger count is within the vehicle limit.
Do you provide child seats?
GoSno can provide one booster seat and one forward-facing child seat total, subject to availability. Rear-facing infant seats are not provided.
Where do I meet my driver at Denver International Airport?
After collecting your luggage, follow the meeting instructions sent for your confirmed trip. Airport pickup locations can change based on terminal and curbside operations, so remain in contact with your driver or dispatch. You can also review the DEN private driver pickup guide before you travel.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
When flight information is provided, GoSno may monitor available flight updates and coordinate pickup timing and meeting instructions with you. Baggage delivery, airport access, curbside restrictions, weather, and other operating conditions can affect timing, so remain in contact with dispatch or your driver.
What happens if mountain weather or a pass closure affects the trip?
Mountain travel remains subject to road, weather, closure, and traction-law conditions. If restrictions affect Vail Pass, Loveland Pass, Berthoud Pass, or another route, GoSno coordinates the available routing, delay, or pickup options with you. Cancellation and refund eligibility follows the published Cancellation & Refund Policy.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel at least 48 hours before pickup for a full refund. Cancellations made 24–48 hours before pickup receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup and no-shows are non-refundable. See the Cancellation & Refund Policy for details.
Can I book a round trip?
Yes. Route pages can start the round-trip process, and trips that need additional confirmation can be handled as a quote so both directions, timing, and vehicle needs are reviewed together.
What if my trip is not listed online?
Contact GoSno with the pickup location, destination, date, passenger count, and luggage or ski-equipment details. Trips outside the published online routes can be reviewed for a custom quote.
