Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy applies to GoSno Big Sky private transportation bookings between Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport (BZN) and the published Big Sky service area unless a specific written booking agreement states otherwise.

1. Full Refund

Cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time and receive a 100% refund of the transportation fare paid to GoSno.

2. 50% Refund

Cancellations made 24 to 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time receive a 50% refund of the transportation fare paid to GoSno.

3. Within 24 Hours and No-Shows

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time, and passenger no-shows, are non-refundable.

4. GoSno-Initiated Cancellations

If GoSno cancels a confirmed trip and cannot provide the booked transportation, the customer receives a 100% refund of the transportation fare paid to GoSno.

Refund timing after approval may depend on the payment processor and the customer's financial institution.
